Justice Ruth Ginsburg, Senator Ted Cruz, Mathematician Eric Weinstein and H-1Bs…

Friday evening,  before the weekend… Big holiday and big cosmic event are unfolding…  Rosh Hashanah – a Jewish holiday, that celebrities the birthday of humankind is taking place, and all of a sudden news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg death break out.

Trump about naming Senator Ted Cruz as a potential nominee for the Supreme Court

President Trump was in the midst of one of his mostly mask-free campaign rallies on Friday night when news broke of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death. Apparently unaware of her passing, Trump bragged to supporters about naming Sen. Ted Cruz as a potential nominee for the Supreme Court.

“I’m putting Ted Cruz as one of the people for the Supreme Court. And you know why I did it? Because I wanted to make sure that I had somebody on the list … We had about 45 unbelievable people… the smartest, the best, the absolute creme de la creme. The best minds in the country, conservative; they believe in the Constitution.”

But why Ted Cruz? Why? Is he worthy?

Eric Weinstein explaining to Senator Ted Cruz how universities use the foreign student visa program to get access to cheaper indentured labor

As recently as July of this year, Senator Ted Cruz and Eric Weinstein held a very interesting Podcast that intrigued most of the American White-Collar Workers and other “ANTI H-1B, F1, J1, OPT, H4EAD and other ANTI Foreign work visas” FIGHTERS. Eric Weinstein – a brilliant Mathematician, that can discuss anything in the world during this interview, spends most of his airt-ime talking about Immigration and Foreign visa workers; and how adversely both affect Americans, including himself.

Please watch full video here.

“Tim Cook would never sit here if I’m on set!” said Eric Weinstein when they were taking about main players in H-1B business. Interesting observation!

However, Senator Ted Cruz did sit down with Eric Weinstein and had a discussion with him. Brilliant Mathematician reminded to Senator Ted Cruz and educated him about the injustice happening in our country. Senator has heard what Eric Weinstein had to say.  And then what? What did this man with huge amount of power in his hands do about it? So far, Ted Cruz did nothing about it! Nothing!

So, my question to Ted Cruz is: Are you ready to serve the Justice when you already know “places” where Justice is not served, but choose to do nothing about it? Are you ready? Humanity is about justice! Is Justice part of you?

“When the Student is Ready, the Teacher Will Appear” says one old wisdom. .. Maybe Eric Weinstein forced his lecture on Senator Ted Cruz all in vain. Teacher came, but Student was not ready…

Harvard Investor: Science Establishment Uses Visas to Exclude Black Americans from STEM

The American science establishment is rushing to display support for the Black Lives Matter movement, but it is fighting to exclude blacks, women, and other minorities from science, a prominent tech investor declared in a June 11 YouTube video.

“The science establishment fights to make sure that it doesn’t have to take extraordinary measures to bring blacks, women, other minorities into science by using our immigration system,” said Eric Weinstein, a Harvard-trained scientist who is also the managing director at Thiel Capital.

“My middle finger is pointed straight at you: You’re weak, you’re cowardly, you don’t deserve to be in charge of science,” he said.

The recent declarations by science managers of their support for black Americans “is an entire sham,” he said, continuing:

“If those people care so deeply about black lives mattering and getting black people into STEM [science, technology, engineering, and math], here’s what you do: You reinstitute mandatory retirement for people who’ve been in their job for 20 years and [have shown] very little productivity. And you cut off the supply of visas so that you can’t pay for work by giving people immigration [benefits, such as citizneship] and you’re forced to use the labor market. And then you stop talking about how beautiful it is that science is international — not because it isn’t international — but because that is a cover story.”

Weinstein has long argued that top science managers helped to flood the labor market for college graduates by creating the modern H-1B program in 1990.

In a 2017 report, Weinstein showed how top science managers allied in the late 1980s with business leaders to invent a claimed shortage of American scientists. This fake shortage stampeded legislators to expand the H-1B program in the 1990 immigration expansion bill signed by President George H.W. Bush.
